Everything is always fresh and delicious. If you order anything fried, they don't cook it until you order it. The wings, pork, ribs, rice, beans and collard greens are so good. But my all time favorite is the stewed conch!!!! I like it with rice, collard greens and plantains.It is so tender. It melts in your mouth. You can tell it's made from Creole love and culture. So authentic!!! Whatever you buy, you will not be disappointed!! So the next time you're in MIA Airport, North Terminal, Concourse E outside of security, swing on by Chef Creole!! Get ready to lick your lips and fingers!!! Enjoy!!"

"Omg, Remsas was an awesome host. Such a sweet ❤️ heart. The food is out of control delicious. The serving size was enough food for 3 meals. They graciously gave a military discount. Some of the best food I've had in distant and recent history. This was at the airport. The line was out the door and well worth any wait."
