"We had an incredible meal at Elastika tonight! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and our server, Sebastian, was excellent. We started with delicious wine and cocktails, followed by a beautifully dressed local lettuce salad, scallop crudo, and spicy beef tartare—which I never thought I would enjoy! Then came the broccoli ravioli and lamb Bolognese, both outstanding, each with its own unique blend of flavors. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the Hamachi Kingfish with herbed flatbread arrived. The fish was perfectly prepared, with crisp skin and delicate flavors. We were already full but couldn’t stop eating. To finish, we indulged in the most delicious blood orange crème brûlée and a pecan pot de crème. I truly believe this was the best meal I’ve ever had in South Florida! We’re so lucky to have Executive Chef Joe Anthony back in Florida!"

"Had the Spicy Beef Tartare and the Spiced Lamb Bolognese. Tartare was decent—good texture, solid presentation, but flavor was just okay (7/10). The pasta was a miss—bland, lacked depth, and I only ate half (6/10). Service was excellent—professional and attentive. One issue: a 22% service charge is automatically added, which doesn’t leave room to tip based on actual experience. Nice space, great staff, but the food didn’t impress."
