"My cousin and I came into Einstein Bagels like 10 minutes before closing, and honestly, I thought we’d just grab something real quick and head out. But Alex?? He completely changed the vibe. He was SO helpful, so patient, and just good energy. He didn’t rush us at all—in fact, he walked us through the menu, explained everything so clearly, and even suggested things I didn’t know I needed… but ended up loving! Seriously who does that 10 min before closing?! You can tell he actually cares about his customers having a great experience! I usually don’t come across customer service like that, nor do I expect it at the end of a long day! I promise you, we were are smiles feeling like we got exactly what we needed and then some! I hadn’t been to Einstein all year and now I’ll actually look forward to coming back. Thank you, Alex! You made a regular breakfast run feel like a real treat. Be back soon!"
