"In the last 6 months my husband and I have been incredibly disappointed with the overall service at this location. Terrible customer service and the location constantly running out of donuts and only having like 1-2 flavors of donuts to offer consistently. We literally dubbed trying to go by Krispy Kreme a “dose of disappointment,” it has been that bad. UNTIL TONIGHT. The employee, Justin working tonight was so incredibly pleasant and he greeted people as soon as they walked in even when he was helping others. He was the picture of perfect customer service and even while sitting outside eating our donuts, I saw him cleaning while he didn’t have customers. I asked for his name because he deserves to be recognized. Keep this man around!! No disappointment tonight."
