"Was told I had to visit this long time Gainesville establishment as there is much lore for it. We came right before closed (because we tried earlier on Monday but they are closed on Mondays) so they were out of most bagels, bacon, hash browns, and certain cream cheese flavors. However probably because we came so late, we were one of like 3 people ordering. The wait seemed a little longer than needed for 3 bagels with cream cheese but it is what it is. Was looking forward to trying one of their famous sandwiches but with the bacon being out and them not doing deli anymore (despite it still being in the menu) we kept it simple. The poppy had tons of poppyseeds without being super messy so that was a win. The bagels are large and texture could be good but maybe was a little too chewy for me. Can get pricey depending on what you order. Might try again but not sure."

"I have wanted to try this place for weeks! I finally did, and it's truly delicious! I bought 5 or 6 bagels 🥯, the quality in the taste and freshness is unmatchable to anything else! The bagels are not hard, way better than store bought bagels! The bacon egg and cheese one is perfect and fresh and top quality! I tried the "bagel flight" to taste test some cream cheese flavors, and all were sooo yummy! The maple nut cream cheese was amazing, as was the one with chives in it! I will be coming back again soon to try other bagel flavors! And to take pics of my food to post, they disappeared so fast I couldn't capture a photo , but it was a wonderful experience! Perfection"
