"Wow. I’m impressed by this location today. I come to different Paneras almost everyday and I happened to come to this location today. The salad: filled to the top like it should be and as opposed to other locations- for an $9+ salad it was the amount of how I always want it! The water tastes soo good compared to the other locations. The customer service was *very attentive*- I also think it’s logical to have decaf out at a coffee shop for the evenings at all locations but that isn’t the case anymore- this location though, has it! I didn’t have to ask for it, which was so nice for a change. I’m very pleased with all of the experiences here. Whatever it was today- it was amazing and I would love to have this experience every time I come to Panera. Aug.14. 3PM"

"I stopped by the Panera on Roosevelt today after not visiting for about 3 and a half months, and I was honestly impressed. The staff was extremely nice, the food was made perfectly, and there were no issues with waiting times at all. I had great service from the cashier, Kaylee, and the line crew, Michelle and Corey, were awesome. The baker, Daniel, did an incredible job — the pastries were perfect. The managers on shift, Morgan and Charity, were both really friendly and helpful. You could tell they were genuinely glad to be there and proud of their team. Overall, I saw a great working team today. Keep up the good work!!!"
