"Fantastic customer service! The three times I have purchased coffee from here, I have been greeted with such kindness. Sue, who recently helped me with my order, went above and beyond to answer my questions about a certain drink. She was extremely pleasant, which was a breath of fresh air. I was having a hard time because my father-in-law was in the hospital and she truly was kind. The only thing I would recommend is having an option to tip when using your charge card. Honestly, this is the 1st time I have not seen that option at a coffee shop. Seeing I was unable to show my gratitude by tipping it was important for me to let you know how great she was. You have a phenomenal worker on your hands! 5 stars because of how great Sue was."
