"The food is phenomenal and perfectly buttery yet crispy and flaky, and flavors are beautifully balanced. The croissants are not overly sweet or rich. They’re done just right. I ordered the chocolate croissant and scrambled eggs with truffles. The scramble was divine! All ingredients are fresh. The espresso hits the spot and it’s not bitter whatsoever. I don’t know how it’s possible to eat so much food and walk away feeling feathery light as if I had had nothing but a small bite. The portions are very generous btw. The owner is so cute, she runs the cash register and brings out the food. She’s French herself so you’re getting the real deal here."

"The moment we walked into Douceurs & Tralala, we instantly fell in love with the interior. It’s adorable, cozy, and gives off the perfect French vibe. Hearing the worker speaking French to a customer made the atmosphere feel even more authentic — and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Even the water was amazing (it had orange slices in it, which was such a refreshing touch!). The cook personally brought our food out to us and was so friendly. And the food… absolutely incredible. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!"
