From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional. A special shoutout to Caterina, who went above and beyond to help me organize and prepare everything. She was so kind, attentive, and detail-oriented, making sure everything ran smoothly while keeping the surprise under wraps.
