Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our valued customers have to say about their dining experience.
"This weekend me and my fiancé celebrated our engagement at our favorite restaurant, Lion and the rambler! The service here is phenomenal, from the warm hostess who remembered us by name to the chef who explained every detail of each dish as it was served to us. The ambience is amazing; intimate, funky, beautiful decor and great music. This restaurant holds a special place in our heart, and to top it off the food here is incredible. We chose the 4-course tasting menu. Pictured is the thrice fried chicken, bluefin tuna tart, koginut squash croustade, spiced apple bread w/ foie gras & serrano ham, the best bread you’ll ever have, line caught cod, and the dessert featuring bonbon’s with flower shaped truffle. The attention to detail in each meal makes every bite so special. Thank you for this incredible concept, the creativity of each meal and for being a wonderful space to enjoy with loved ones!"

"We definitely had an Epic Experience at this restaurant. EVERYTHING WE WERE MISSING lN MIAMI. All the menu is based on hand-selected, seasonal ingredients. From the beginning, the warm house made focaccia with house cultured butter got us even more excited (PRO TIP, save bread to enjoy with some of the other dishes) . Then we tried the salt roasted beets and the tiger Prawns, follow with the gratitude garden maitake, AN EXPLOSION of flavor. For the pastas we tried the tiny farm's garlic chive cavatelli and the sweet corn agnolotti, both were just Amazing. To the perfect End, we went with the Pork Chop. To close this amazing experience we tried their new addition, sourdough Ice Cream. The portions of each dish was just perfect and Abundant. This was by far one of the most amazing culinary experiences we have had lately in Miami. Shout out for chef Michael Bolen for bringing all this flavor and this amazing modern Californian cuisine. Service was great, and I love all the explanations they gave about each dish since they had a lot of incredible Ingredients. Wine list was also great and the vibe of the place was very nice. I cant wait to be back and try the whole menu. Start making your reservations because surely you wont be able to find a table in the near future."

"My second visit was just as incredible as the first! This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. From the food to the ambiance, everything is perfection. Chef Bolen & his wife Angelina create a warm and welcoming environment in this intimate space, making it that much more of a special experience. The focaccia is life changing, and do not sleep on the Thursday pizza special (this was a pleasant surprise). I have tried most of the a la carte menu at this point, and everything is wonderfully inventive and packed with flavor. Some favorites include the roasted beets, maitake mushroom, steak tartare, boniato pelmeni, but really you can’t go wrong. The menu frequently changes, so every visit is equally as exciting as the last. Most importantly, do NOT skip dessert. You will never find desserts like these, and you’ll be thinking about them long after you leave. Chef Bolen is a culinary genius! Can’t wait to come back a third time."
