"Absolutely love this place. Havent found a good bbq spot since I left baltimore for nyc. This one really hits the spot. Go for the brisket and get a side of the spiced rice and beans combo. Make sure to try both the spicy bbq and the regular bbq sauce. They gave me a free sample of chicharron but I just felt like its all crunch with too much fat, too little protein, and very little flavor."

"Bark Barbecue at Time Out Market Rooftop is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves authentic, flavorful barbecue. The restaurant is incredibly popular, so be prepared to wait around 30 minutes, but the wait is more than worth it. I tried a variety of dishes including spare ribs, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, chicharrón pork, chicken, and coleslaw. Every single item was outstanding. The spare ribs were tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked, while the sausage had a robust, savory flavor. The brisket melted in my mouth, and the pulled pork was rich and flavorful. Chicharrón pork was crispy and delicious, and the chicken was succulent. The coleslaw was fresh and crunchy, providing the perfect balance to the richness of the meats. Portions were generous, flavors bold, and every bite kept me coming back for more. The rooftop setting adds a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view, and savor the food. Whether you’re a local or visiting Time Out Market for the first time, Bark Barbecue is a must-try destination. Highly recommended!"

"Had such a great time at this barbecue spot with my dad! 🍖 We both went straight for the comfort food— • I had the baked mac & cheese with rib tips (so flavorful and filling). • My dad had mac & cheese with beef, ribs, plus yellow rice and beans—a perfect combo of hearty and smoky. The atmosphere made the meal even better. There’s a rooftop seating area where you can admire the view while enjoying your food. I loved being able to sit outside and take in the scenery—it gave the whole experience a laid-back, New York summer vibe. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for both the food and the rooftop views! 🌆✨"
