"I recently had dinner at Pastis Miami, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience. We ordered the New York strip, lemon spaghetti, tuna carpaccio, escargot, and the scallop crudo. Everything was delicious, but the scallop crudo truly blew me away—I’ve never had anything quite like it before. It was fresh, delicate, and absolutely memorable. The escargot wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it still hit the spot and paired nicely with the rest of the meal. The other dishes were all solid and flavorful—the lemon spaghetti had a nice brightness, and the tuna carpaccio was super fresh. Service was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing particularly standout either. That said, the ambience and vibe were fantastic. The space is beautifully designed and has that perfect balance of lively and relaxed. I’d definitely consider going back, especially for that scallop crudo."

"Pastis rates high in delightful. The brick facade opens up to a lovely courtyard for its outdoor dining, tables are situated under pretty red umbrellas and trees. It really is more reminiscent of being somewhere in the Mediterranean as opposed to Wynwood. My party and I made reservations for a Wednesday night. The place was humming with customers inside and out. Our waiter saw us quickly and we began ordering right away. We had the yummy escargot and the very cheesy onion soup to start. The soup was so filling and a hefty portion I probably could of done with just ordering that as my entree. For my main I had the linguine vongole. It was buttery and garlicky with a good amount of clams. Definitely would recommend"
